Alert: Fraudulent Impersonation of Prime Securities Limited

Recently, it has come to our notice that some unscrupulous persons claiming to be Ranbir Sharma (Mobile: +91 8065427769) and other unknown persons through various mobile apps, social media platforms, viz., WhatsApp groups / links, Telegram channels, Facebook, Instagram channels, etc. (“platforms”), are falsely impersonating representatives of Prime Securities Limited and / or its affiliates / subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “Prime Securities”). These fraudsters are promoting fake "AI-based Investment" schemes by Prime Securities to mislead and defraud investors.

Please be aware:

  • Prime Securities DOES NOT solicit investments through any Mobile Apps, WhatsApp messages, Telegram groups, or phone calls.
  • We have no association with the individual mentioned above or any "AI for better returns" schemes promoted via these channels.
  • Do not share your personal data, bank details, or transfer funds to these unauthorized entities.

 We urge you to observe utmost caution, conduct due diligence, and verify the registration status of any entity claiming to be a registered intermediary of Prime Securities

We strongly advise you to be cautious and vigilant and to refrain from making any investments or sharing any personal or financial information. Fraudsters may attempt to contact you through calls or messages, emails (always validate the authorized email ID and ensure the valid domain), WhatsApp, or Telegram groups, posing as employees of Prime Securities. Please note that Prime Securities would not be responsible for any loss incurred by you due to advice taken in your personal capacity from unidentified groups, unverified calls, any unknown person, third party, etc.
